THE CAT SITTING SERVICE IS THE PURRRRFECT ALTERNATIVE TO CATTERIES! MOST CATS PREFER TO STAY AT HOME WHEN YOU ARE AWAY ON HOLIDAY OR ON BUSINESS. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN BED, OWN SURROUNDINGS AND REGULAR HUMAN CONTACT. WHAT COULD BE BETTER? WE VISIT ONCE OR TWICE A DAY TO SEE THAT ALL YOUR CAT’S NEEDS ARE CATERED FOR. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WE CAN KEEP YOUR HOME SAFE WHILE YOU ARE AWAY BY AVOIDING POST BUILDING UP AT THE FRONT DOOR. WE CAN ALSO WATER PLANTS, PUT OUT THE BINS AND ALTERNATE CURTAINS AND LIGHTS.
THE CAT SITTERS ARE IDEAL FOR NERVOUS OR ELDERLY CATS SEEKING THE REASSURANCE OF FAMILIAR SURROUNDINGS IF THEIR OWNER IS AWAY. THE CAT SITTERS COME INTO THEIR OWN IF YOU HAVE TO BE AWAY FROM HOME FOR LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO BUSINESS OR FAMILY COMMITMENTS WITH OUR FLEXIBLE VISITS FOR CATS AND KITTENS TO FEED THEM.
THIS SERVICE IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SMALL PETS SUCH AS DOGS, RABBITS, GUINEA PIGS, GERBILS, HAMSTERS AND BIRDS. WE CAN FEED, CLEAN AND GROOM ACCORDING TO YOUR NORMAL CARE ROUTINES.
"I have engaged Claire's services for many years now. As an owner of two Birman house cats their welfare and safety is paramount to me being able to enjoy time away. Claire doesn't just go in and feed the cats she spends time playing with them and cuddling them during each visit to ensure they have had their person fix! This gives me complete peace of mind that my cats are completely cared for. Claire also ensures that my plants are watered and turns lights/radio on and off by prior arrangement to ensure that the house appears occupied. When my diabetic Norwegian Forest cat was still alive she gave him two insulin injections per day which demonstrates her absolute trustworthiness and sense of responsibility. I have no hesitation in recommending Claire and will continue to do so and use her services as long as she is available."
“I’ve used this service several times recently when we went away to Florida for 2 weeks and on a couple of shorter breaks. I feel confident in their ability to care for my cat whilst I am away and ensuring she is happy, fed and clean. It doesn’t stop there either….they’ll even open and close curtains and put bins out!! This really makes you able to go away leaving your beloved pet behind and enjoy your holiday without the added worry of the security of your home. We returned to find Daisy calm and content (other than missing us of course) and our house just as we left it. The bin was empty, which was just amazing since it wouldn’t have been collected for another fortnight. (small things)
